Peanuts and Cracker Jacks

The Gibson's treated us to a Bee's game on Saturday afternoon. We were definitely spoiled with tickets to a catered suite with all the chicken fingers, hot dogs, popcorn and beer we could handle. It was an awesome day. Thanks Chris and Breanna!

I was moved to tears... No, I was sobbing last night as I watched Annie Lennox, Forrest Whitaker, Chris Daughtry, Brad Pitt, Alicia Keys, Simon, Paula, and Randy travel to New Orleans, New York, Africa and other poverty and disease stricken areas in an effort to bring awareness and raise money to save these lives. I tried to explain to Sonja how important it was to appreciate what we have, recognize others in need, and help as much as we can. She probably didn't understand much other than mommy was sad, but I still felt the need to try conveying the message. I frantically tried calling to donate during the show, but couldn't get through.
